Order not delivered

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I got a call on Thursday (13 April 2017) that my order was on it's way, but I was already on my way home.</p> <p>The delivery company advised it will be deliverd on Tuesday (18 April 2017).</p> <p>Thill today (20 April 2017) I have not reveived my order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been getting confirmation from Rierqa that since Wednesday, that my order will be delivered that day, and still nothing.</p> <p>Then I got confirmation from Riefqa that my order will be delivered today before 15:00 and still nothing.</p> <p>Nobody can tell me where my order is and I can't seem to get someone to return my money?</p> <p> </p>
