Order not delivered

<p>I ordered a Huawei Cellphone and Protective Tempered Screen Protector order ********** and LG 24" IPS LED Monitor - Black LG 24" IPS LED Monitor - Black order ********** at TAKEALOT.com on the 13th of January 2017 and made the payment on the same day. </p> <p>I received only one order: LG 24" IPS LED Monitor - Black LG 24" IPS LED Monitor - Black order ********** on Monday 15 January 2017 at around 15h00. I was told that the screen protector was out of stock and there wuold be delays and I asked them to send me the cellphone in the meantime. They promised to send it immediately (I have emails as a proof!). They estimated that I'll receive my order by Thursday 19th January 2017. I did not receive and they promised that by Friday I'll get my order. I did not receive my order on Friday, later on Friday around 17h00 they sent me an sms that my order will be delivered on Monday 23 January 2017. Right now it's 15h25 and I have stayed the whole day at home so that they can find me when delivering the order. I have contacted Takealot several times and they keep on saying the order is with Fedex. I contacted Fedex on Thursday 19 January and they told me that they could not trace my order. They told me to contact Takealot. I'm so dissapointed in Takealot as well as Fedex for bad service and not caring for their customers</p>
