Order not delivered

<p>I recently ordered on takealot on the 29-11-2016. The order was meant to be delivered on the 05-12-2016. On saturday 03-12-2016 i was sent a sms to say my order would be late and delivered on 06-12-2016 instead. On 08-12-2016 on not having received my order i called takealot who took the whole day to respond and find my order and only on the 09-12-2016 notify me that the order was being resent. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>There was no contact from them to say my package was late or something had happened and it would be delievered at a late stage. Even now i haven't been told when this order will be delivered by. There is no real feeling I get of being apologetic and honestly this experience really make me want to never use takealot.com again.</p>
