Order not delivered

<p>I ordered three ink cartridges as part of a single order. Takealot only delivered 1 cartridge and claim that they shipped it in 2 different packages. But I only received one package. I contacted the courier,Mr Delivery, telephonically, and they confirmed that the second package never reached Durban. Few hours later they claim that it was delivered to my reception which is not the case. I have a recording of this call where they agent confirms that it never reached Durban, so it don't make sense now how the story has changed. I have paid for something and it never got delivered. I have been a 10+ year loyal customer of Takealot so this is quite dissappointing. I would like to get a refund ASAP.</p>
