Order not delivered

I am unhappy with take alot, I have been waiting for my delivery almost two weeks now... The lady that called me said she doesn't deliver at Lynnwood road, the Grove mall, why am I called for that, what is the reason for me to insert my address, the error message still shows address, no update or effort made....
