Order not cancelled on request the. Told after waiting a day cancellation no longer possible

I had recently made a purchase.

I purchased a GHD curling Iron , Cricut joy and a few extra tools papers etc to go with the Cricut joy as a Christmas gift.

Upon checking my order I saw the Cricut Joy had been cancelled and credited to my account. Now this is fine, however the other circuit products therefore made zero sense in purchasing, I therefore wanted to cancel all other circuit products and only keep the hair curling iron in my order.

I could not do so as there was no cancel order button and therefore followed the on site instructions that if there is no cancellation button then to contact the linked email etc. Which I did, and exactly as above explained what I wanted and and to please cancel all cricut products keep the curling iron and credit accordingly.

The reply I got was only to explain why the Cricut Joy had been canceled which I accept however left out the fact they would proceed to cancel the remain order and credity account. I then immediately rep**** explaining they had not actioned my cancellation request as asked and to please once again read whaty cancellation request was and why I wanted to cancel.

Following which a further mail the following day now explaining that it can no longer be cancelled because it's at the warehouse for dispatch and they cannot cancel and I now how to recover it request cancellation receive a text etc etc etc. My account clearly has an international number therefore I can't. Secondly I am not in South Africa and someone is recieving on my behalf.

When I had requested the cancellation this should have been done yet it was a further day to tell me.it was too late.

This is not acceptable and even after stating this was not acceptable in a follow up mail I've not yet gotten a response.

Thanks for spoiling Xmas for someone in South Africa that's get cricut materials with no cricut......like getting a bicycle with now wheel what on earth must we do with it.
