Order not being delivered

I have placed an urgent order to be delivered on 21 December 2022 and according to my order it is supposed to be delivered today.

The order is not even shipped yet.

I also tried to get hold of Takealot via telephone or email. Emails are answered with an auto email saying it goes to an unanswered mailbox and when I phone nobody answers as there are "high call volumes" according to the automated message.
