Order not arriving on time
I ordered several items on 9th Nov. They are due 12 Nov. They only bothered to get around to shipping the goods on 11 Nov. I then get a call long-windedly trying to beat around the bush and tell me that it is because the items are coming from Joburg. This is simply not valid. The items were shipped 2 days late. THAT it why they are not arriving on time. Very disappointing.
