Order not arrived.

I made an order Monday morning and I was expecting my order yesterday and I was home the whole day at 19h00 I got worried and went on to check on the app and it said that I was not available however no one has called me or came to my address, I need my order as in today my number is there on the app but the driver did not call me and went on to say it was not available.
