ORDER NO#***5 WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I had placed an order on the 2nd of December, the expected delivery date was on the 5th of December, thereafter on the 6th I had done a follow up on the delivery to which i was told the item was delivered to the wrong address in Kempton Park whilst the order was due for delivery in Bryanston, the consultant had promised to call back once she had resolved the issue and promised to escalate the matter and deliver the same done. I had no feedback on that day. I had called again on the 9th and was told that it will be delivered by the 11th, on the 11th nothing had been delivered nor was any communication received. I had followed up on the 11th and was told that the transport vehicle was hijacked, at this point no promised delivery dates were given. I had followed up again on the 13th to be told that the package could not be found and the new estimate delivery will be on 25th of December. I then opted for a refund but was told it will take 3/5 working days. I am very disappointed with the service and the lies told by the takealot team.
