Order no #*** Tok my moni & refuse to send product or refund over a mth later.

I purchased a foundation on the 23rd of Jan & delivery expected 30th of Jan. Order no #***. It's the 24th of Feb & Takealot wil NOT SEND THE ITEM NOR REFUND MY MONI. I queried many times & several agents who promise to resolve the issue stop communicating completely. Takealot has dishonest agents cause I was even **** to the item is at their Durban Warehouse.. I intend deleting my profile cause Takealot condones this
