Order no *** Worst service ever

I received 2 wrong deliveries from takealot, I placed an order for a table they advertised but do not have in stock, instead of removing item from site they delivered the incorrect item twice, the second item delivered is similar to what I wanted so I kept item but it’s R200 cheaper, they refuse to refund my R200 saying follow return policy which means waiting 2 weeks for an item I’ve already received and am ok with keeping, I’m so disappointed and disgusted by this service, takealot’s service has truly failed me
