I ordered various goods to the value of R9455.00 on 22 November and paid for it via credit card. Everything was delivered except the MEGAMASTER BLAZE 400 PRO PATIO GAS BRAAI. This should have been delivered on 26 November, today is 4 December. I followed up numerous times via mail and telephone calls and all I get is promises, ticket opened on ticket but no braai. On top of it the same braai was all of a sudden R1000 cheaper. On 2 December the evening a lady phoned me with some more promises of delivery but nothing happen. I managed to get the R1000 discounted but as things stand now I'm ********** with R5399.00 taken from me and no braai received. The R1000 credit on my ac means nothing. I have purchased goods from them before but I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
This matter should have been resolved long ago and we sincerely apologise for the unnecessary stress and concern this has caused you. Any of the agents who have previously dealt with this matter should have taken ownership of your complaints and ensured that the necessary actions were taken to have your braai delivered to you ASAP.
