Order Never recevied

I bought toys 19 Nov from Takealot. the order was split and i received 3 of the 4 things ordered. I called 29 Nov to ask where is my other parcel and was informed that the delivery vehicle was hijacked and will get it by 06DEc. Called today to confirm that i am still getting it and was informed they dont have stock and was suppose to let me know Friday 29 Dec. and credit my account. I thought is was hijacked. They have so many excuses and will never say they where wrong. I am so tied of there bad services.
