Order never received

Since its lockdown they have closed their phone services . And i have bought stuff from them that costs R540. When i track them on the app the say i have received the stuff yet the guys told me my order was reversed because I said I didn't want them anymore now my money is gone and the stuff i bought i I didnt receive. I don't know whether to call them ******* or what.
