Order never delivered

I placed an order for a safy gas stove and 6 safy canisters on the 16th of April 2024. They said they'd deliver my order in 7 days I kept tracking the order. on the 19th they called telling me they cannot enter my neighborhood I should change my address.. I changed it to a nearby courier company as it is my work place. From then to date when I track my order it's no longer moving and the number they called with is no longer available, when I sent an email last week they said they are going to investigate. Now they are no longer replying to any of my emails. Feel so helpless, I dnt know how I can cancel the order and get a refund or get them to deliver the order coz I needed the stove
