Order missing pieces twice

I ordered a giant bird feeder. The first time it arrived the bottom piece was missing. I ordered a replacement. I opened my box and the replacement bird feeder had the bottom piece but now the side pieces are missing. I have now ordered a 2nd replacement. Does nobody check that all the pieces are in the box before sending? This is getting ridiculous.
