Order Missing Item - Long Process! Disgusted!

My order was delivered yesterday and was missing an item. I queried it immediately and now I’m told my query is “under investigation “ this is BS! Send what I paid for and then investigate afterwards! This is theft! The agents have no idea about customer service and the packers are ***********!!! I am furious and fuming!!! No wonder the pass mark in this country is 30 %!
