Order Missing from Take Alot

I have an horrific experience with take alot I ordered a book that was supposed to be delivered in december 19, 2019 until now Jan 2020 still no news of the book, nor even a simple call, they cancelled my order without any reason, it seems that they really need competition around here!!!!!!!!!!!
