ORDER MARKED DELIVERED WHEN IT WAS NOT

Hi Takealot team

Please note that my order was scheduled to be delivered on the 26/11/2022 and I waited the whole day and parcel did not reach me as per your comms. Today 27/11/2022 woke up to check if the order will be delivered and to my surprise, the order is now marked delivered, which is crazy coZ never arrived yesterday. Can you urgently assist with this matter as I need my items.
