Order made is still outstanding a month after order

<p>I am totally disgusted with the service from Takealot. I placed an order with them on the 14th December 2016 expecting to receive my order within 4-5 working days.</p> <p>They very quick to take your money and say the items are on order. Then they miss their deadline for delivery which was supposed to be 3rd January (far too long as far as I am concerned) and no one comes back to me. I launch a query to get fobbed off with "We apologise for the inconvenience caused".</p> <p>If this is the wat they do business I am going to look elsewhere in future</p>
