order item missing

Good day

I sent a query to takealot regarding my order advising that I did not receive all the items. It's been a week now and my issue has not being resolved. I have been sending email and was told that my query is still sitting with the guys at the warehouse. Why a delay if the goods were paid. This is ridiculous.
