Order is taking long to arrive

I ordered a watch from takealot on the 26th of April I still haven’t received it. Their driver misplaced my package. They send me an email saying I will receive Friday 5 May, still ddnt receive anything. They don’t even communicate, how rude and ***********. This is completely unacceptable, clients can’t be treated like this, they don’t even make an exception to deliver it today. Bad service
