ORDER IS LATE

<p>I ordered liquour from Takealot on 14 December 2016, upon checkout i double checked the delivery date as i need it delivered by 22 December 2016 for my 40th birthday party. Delivery date was confirmed as 21 December 2016. Today i received an sms to say the delivery is delayed with 2 to 3 days, when i phone takealot they just put me through to MR Delivery. My order and delivery date was with takealot, now i have to spend hours on the phone trying to sort this out with Mr Delivery and they just pull up their shoulders . they will now have to refund me but i have to make different arrangments in a hurry. POOR PATHETIC SERVICE, I EXPECTED MORE FROM TAKEALOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
