Order Incorrectly Marked as Delivered

I placed an order which was due to be delivered today. Suddenly I received a message yesterday early morning to say that it will be delivered yesterday. I wasn't even home then. I just checked today and now my order says that it has been delivered which isn't the case. I have not received the order. I had a missed call from a number I do not know at the same time as the system says delivered and called the number. The driver says that it is fine he marked it as delivered and will bring it today. When I said to him he cannot mark it as delivered if it has not been delivered, he argued with me and told me that he was calling me the whole day yesterday which wasn't even the case. This is very concerning because now my order looks as if the driver delivered it but I have not received it. He did not want to give me his name but his cell number is ***. Please get this sorted out asap. I do believe this driver is dishonest for marking it as delivered and he was extremely rude. I know this is not how the rest of Takealot drivers behave.
