Order incomplete

Take alot is losing its value. I paid for items one week ago.I opted for next day delivery.Nothing was received. I only received partial delivery 4days later and one item is still missing.. I have sent numerous emails,,, to date no explanation given why the order was delayed and why one item is still missing.. WE pay extra for these pathetic services.. Order:***
