Order incompetence

ordered a ps4 and a couple of games, ps4 and one game is ready, other game takes 2-3 weeks, so they decided to keep everything and wait for that one game. Probably going to miss the birthday it was intended for. Called them and was recieved very friendily and when i asked them to send me the stuff that was waiting they comp**** hastily. I just feel that they should have the common sense to decide on their own that if an order number has parts that take sooner than others, like in my case for instance, they must release the ready parts as soon as possible, had i not called i wouldve recieved everything only 3 weeks after ordering. I must add that i am a regular at takealot and this is the only time they have ever not been 100%, i am still a happy customer just dont want anyone to experience the excitement i have coupled with the dissappintment of administrative issues.
