Order in the air

Doesnt happen very often but when it does there is just no way to get any sense made out of the situation. Placed an order on Friday, they said to be delivered on 30/10/2022. I see that it is still in status not yet shipped on Monday 31/10/2022. There is nowhere to find a phone number and noone responds to electronic messages left. Gues I'll just have to sit it out.
