Order hanging without communication
<p>Ordered a DVD writer on Monday 11 July 2016, and saw online that my order status has been changing from "Ordered from supplier", then "In stock with supplier" to "Awaiting processing..." and now back to "Ordered from supplier" ???</p> <p> <br />I've noticed also that the delivery date on the order has now moved to 22 July 2016 ??? Why has there been an estimated delivery date of today (14 July) originally in the order???</p> <p> </p> <p>The website also indicates a 3-5 working day shipping period for this product, which is then of course a lie and false advertising, thus breaching the Consumer Protection Act.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is pathetic service!</p> <p>No communication has even been made, nevermind apology!</p>

Ok, so Sheena told me that she expected this item to arrive yesterday (Tuesday 19 July) and delivered the next day (today), and promised to keep me informed should this change.
Today arrived.... and nothing.
So I query TakeALot, and get this reponse:
