Order got damaged no priority shipping for replacement

<p>I bought a game from takealot.com, first I had to dispute the price as it was on special, then when i finally got a reply I proceeded to buy the game. Then my Girlfriend received a phone call stating that the package was water damaged during the courier processes by SkyNet. They replaced my order with a delivery date of the 29th. I asked about this and was reassured by Melissa Opperman that the package would be delivered by the 26th. It is the 27th today and I am sitting without my package as promised by her. I believe that the courier company should have taken responsibility for the damage and ensured a priority shipping would be paid for to ensure that I receive my package by the 26th. So this is a bad review for both a empty promise by Takealot.com and SkyNet for bad customer service.</p>
