Order fulfillment for Le Creuset by Takealot

Unfortunately the wheels have come off with takealot...and i can no longer trust that my orders will be honored with the correct pricing. I have been a supporter for a few years now however last week left me really upset. Takealot had sale items for Le Crueset at fantastically low prices which i immediately ordered online. Typically it did not come up as 'out of stock' thus preventing the order from taking place. I placed an order for a total of 45 items and was extremely happy with my purchase. 4 days later I checked that my orders were cancelled without my knowledge - based on 'out of stock'....at the same time LeCreuset had a sale on their website for similar items. ....yesterday I received a note for takealot claiming an error on their side.....a refund has been paid .....really poor show by takealot and LeCrueset....
