I recieved my package on the 30th and never opened the package . I later changed my mind and logged a return which has been declined with no communication of why it is declined,how can you decline the same package that you saw fit to be sold to a customer. The package was received at 15:20 at evaluations centre,declined at 15:21 and return concluded 15:21 ,it took 2minutes to decline my return of the very same sealed package you sold me. Please return my money , I am within my rights to get a refund for a package that I have never used or opened. How can any reputable company have such poor customer service and not provide their customer a place to contact them besides their nonsense email which only allows 500characters. So many people are complaining all over social media that returns are being declined and never even get their package back.
