Order from Takealot

I order frequently from Takealot and usually receive good service. On 6 Dec I ordered two items R454 and I received a message that the order and the payment have been received. Up to today I did not receive the order and tracking the order I see the repeated message: not shipped yet. I tried to send them a email but received a automatic message to send them a email. First time I encountered this problem. Very dissappointed.
