Order, feedback and Retention of money for unavailable items with no correction...

I ordered a water weight - A week later the order was cancelled due to the item not being available. Understandable. But instead of refunding the card the money is credited to you takealot account. Fine I thought, but then when looking for a substitute (more expensive than on other sites) i found that the product is still advertised on their site. Even now another week later. i queried the issued and no response. This only makes sense if the goal is to get money to the site and then keeping you from swinging to a cheaper alternative. So now credit on takealot my ony choice is to buy something else or buy the more expensive alternative... Not impressed.
