Order Dilivered to a wrong person

Good day team. We have bought a 32 inch TV with Take a lot on 17 Feb and it was delivered on the 24th to a wrong person. I only saw the email that it was delivered to Sindy that I don't even know I never received any call from the courier company to say that they will deliver or they are on their way Here is the order number ***5

Please assist me I need a refund or the TV

Till today I have not received my order they are taking me up and down
