Order delivery was not complete

I ordered a hammock chair with cushions from Takelaot. The chair was delivered but not the cushions, which happens. Trying to get the cushion delivery sort out is a mission. I get no assistance and communication with Takealot is not easy. Now this morning I receive a sms saying that they are collecting the chair to return it. Why??? I just need the cushions.
