Order Delivery

takealot.com is very unreliable.I ordered some goods up to almost 5k, and I haven't received my order, it is like I am on a loop of order was shipped to courier facility and order received by courier to delay message that does not make any sense. I called their delivery team regarding my order and she was gaslighting me and told me maybe my app is not working I should delete and re-download (Which I did) instead of addressing the issue of my order not arriving. I just want my refund, so unprofessional.
