Order delivered to wrong address twice

I had high hopes for Take a lot, but I'm very disappointed with their service. Placed an order on the 25th April. On the 29 April My order was delivered to wrong address. The guy who spoke with me over the phone promised that it will be delivered the following day, but it didn't happen. The 04 May again my order delivered to the wrong address. The mistake can't be repeated twice. Despite the price I paid the service is unacceptable and inattentive. No one can give you answers to say what's happening with my order being delivered to wrong address 🤬🤬😡😡
