Order delivered to the wrong person.

I placed an order on takealot. I received a payment confirmation email. That was the last email received. I go on my profile to track my order and I see it was delivered. I did not receive my order nor do I know the person who signed for this parcel. Im trying to contact takealot to report this issue but they make it extremely difficult to report such issues. The chat bot is utterly useless the call centre line just kept me on hold for 30min. This has been a terrible experience.
