Order delivered to strangers!!!!!

I received an sms to let me know that my order will be delivered on Friday 13 September before 5pm. To my surprise I now click on the link to track the order and it indicates that it has been delivered. I have just called a number that tried to contact me earlier and found that the lady decided to leave the order with my neighbor today the 12th of September. She did not even bother to check with me to get telephonic confirmation to do so. I find this very unprofessional and she has compromised the integrity of my parcel. I want to know if this is within your policy that if the intended recipient is not available(mind you today is not even the agreed upon date as per sms notification) the person doing the delivery can do what they please? I have a good mind to request that the items be collected and a new order be sent to me,THE CORRECT CLIENT. I have used the services of Takealot before, this is a first for me.
