Order delivered to incorrect person

I placed an order on takealot on the 26 Nov 2024, the scheduled delivery was on the 2nd of Dec. On the 2nd of Dec they rescheduled my delivery to the 3rd of Dec. Today on the 3rd of December I received a call from Elliot Khumalo saying he is from takealot and he wanted to check if they can deliver my order today. I checked my app around 4 and it says my order was delivered and signed by me and I did not receive an order all. I have been trying to reach out to Elliot on the number he called and still not answering.
