Order delivered to a wrong person

I ordered a parcel it got delivered to the wrong person that time it’s written that it is signed by mother a person I was buying a parcel for … I have been ordering from takealot this is really disappointing… I have been waiting for their feedback I sent an email no one contacted me till today.
