Order delivered to a wrong person

I purchased a cellphone and phone case on takealot and they said my order will be delivered on Monday 19th of october 2020 and it was not delivered they then said my order is rescheduled to 22nd of October 2020. Now it says delivered and signed by Nangamso. I did not receive any order I don't even know the person by that name. I was home the whole day no deliveries or calls for directions were made to me. Please help me get my orders this is frustrating me because it's the first time I order on takealot. Please help me.
