Order delivered, but not received

My order was scheduled to go out on 13/12/2022. Now the order status is that it was delivered 11/12/2022 and I signed for it.

I did not receive this order, as I was not at work. I spoke to our security guard and he said no one was here from Takealot yesterday.

I contacted takealot this morning and have not heard anything yet.

Please can someone assist, these are my kids christmas presents.
