Order delayed with no reason.

This is disappointing and frustrating, my Order*** is delayed without a reason. It's been two weeks and self help services it not user-friendly. All the items I ordered are in stock but they are not being shipped. The least they can do is to send a proper email explaining the reason for the delay. Why wait two weeks!! For heavens sake you people are local. The Website is ridiculous.
