Order delayed twice, waiting now for a month
<p>My delivery order has been delayed twice, and I was supposed<br />to receive it by December 9. I ordered it last month. I emailed support about it and they told me that it was delayed, which I already knew because they'd told me twice by that point. Now I won't even get it by Christmas at this point, likely.</p>
Order was scheduled for delivery today (I got an SMS, but no email like I usually do), the driver didn't even bother to press the bell at the gate, which we have verified works, I got one phone call and then the driver disappeared before I could get up the driveway.
There was no notice of failed delivery in the post box, I tried calling the number twice but no answer, and I've emailed them twice to reschedule delivery, with no reply. So now my package will probably be undelivered for another long while, past Christmas likely.
I just think, why wouldn't you press the bell which is clearly marked and visible? I can't figure out the logic. I was home and could have received the package. It's like they don't want me to have it. There's just very poor communication with Takealot, even worse than in the past, and I doubt I'll ever shop there again.
