ORDER DELAYED FOR MORE THAN 13 DAYS, STILL WAITING

Im so sad right now, ordered 2 items from this company on. The 13th of September and paid the same day, mind u i even subscribed to their next day delivery before i placed an order but today is the 25th of September but still my order hasn't been shipped. When i placed my order it showed that on stock from both CPT and JHB, i still don't understand why my order is taking so long wheres my friend placed the same order on the 20th but her order was delivered yesterday. I called them they said they still waiting for one of the items to arrive from the supplier but when i placed the order it was on stock. Will i order here again? Never!! And i will not recommend it to anyone!
