Order delayed for days.

Order delayed since Friday, order, pay, and on Saturday I see on the app, that the item will be deliver later today 27/05/2023, I wait and wait, no sms or no QR code. Sunday it shows will be deliver during the day. I wait again. Later on Sunday, my item show Delayed. Ok, Fine. Yesterday every time I look to see if my order is being on its way to the pickup point, I get the same message, delayed. Last night I received a sms, that my order is at the pickup point, VERY HAPPY! Next minute I look at the app, it shows "order delayed" this morning still delayed, await for someone to explain to me why my order is being delayed, payment is of. AND I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER! Either you deliver today, or REFUND me!
