Order Delayed

Horrible experience I've been waiting for my order and the customer service team as well as the driver are not assisting been waiting for my order for over 5 days and they not willing to assist or cancel the order. Worse the driver expects me to walk close to a km to fetch my order while I requested my item to be delivered at my phone address, I payed for shipping and I expected my item to be deliver on the day that they said it would be delivered, wouldn't recommend service to anyone as this has happened to me on more than 2 occasions.
