Order Delay / No Communication

Ordered items on Monday the 25th of July which was scheduled for delivery on Thursday the 28th of July. Waited all day as they said it would be delivered before 19H00 yet it was then rescheduled for Friday the 29th of July only for it not to arrive.

I am a patient person and understand that delays happen but what disappointed me is the fact that I received no email or sms with any update to my order and delivery. The only update is on the app where it's only updated the following day and their support team seems to be non existent. Unable to call them due to staff working remotely and I have yet to receive a reply to my email almost 24 hours later.

Only got a response when reaching out via social media but still have not been updated. Just really disappointed with this experience and it has definitely put me off from any future purchases. I hope Amazon can show them how it's done when they eventually arrive.
